Adding the Shared Calendar

If you would like to be able to view this calendar from within your Zimbra account, follow the directions below.

To find and view the Distance Learning Calendar:

1. Login to the Zimbra web client

2. Click “Calendar”

3. Click “Find Shares…” (Located at the bottom of the Calendars list on the left)

4. Enter "distancelearning" in the “Find Shares:” text box and click “Search”

5. Select the checkbox next to calendar

6. Click “Add”
